Before you commit.
What counts as a message?
Each AI reply you receive — one Coach answer, one Studio generation, one guided-step response — counts as one message. Browsing your blueprint, editing copy by hand, and using the dashboard don't count.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Open Manage billing from your Account page, hit cancel, and you'll keep access through the end of the current billing period. No phone call, no retention pitch.
Do you offer refunds?
If you charge in and realize within 7 days that this isn't the right fit, email support@mybrandcoach.ai and we'll refund the most recent charge. After that we prorate on a case-by-case basis.
What happens to my blueprint if I downgrade?
Your blueprint, conversations, and saved content stay intact. You'll just have fewer monthly messages and lose any plan-locked Studio features until you upgrade again.
What if I run out of messages mid-month?
You'll see a paywall with a one-click upgrade. Upgrading is prorated so you only pay the difference for the days left in your period.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your blueprint and conversations are only accessible to you. We never sell your data, and you can permanently delete your account and everything in it from the Account page.
Yearly billing — how does it work?
Toggle Yearly at the top of this page. You pay 10× the monthly price upfront and save the other 2 months. Same monthly message allotment, same features, fewer charges.
